This Privacy Notice explains what Henderson County Inmate Population collects when people use this private reference site, send a message, click an outside jail or court resource, or use a search box supplied by a partner. Using the site means accepting these data practices. North Carolina public records law, including G.S. Chapter 132, controls many records held by public agencies, but this site is not the custodian of those government records.

Search Queries

Names, locations, or other terms entered into a search tool may be sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Henderson County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms. The partner's privacy terms apply once the query is handled by that partner.
